Since I had the bumper off, I reinforced the 991 sport lip with bolts and washers. Its much more durable now. Putting the bumper back on was easier than taking it off.
A wet day here, so I finally got around to adjusting the handbrake (e-brake), referring to Wayne Dempsey's 101 projects book. The handbrake felt it had too much travel before applying pressure & lacked feel when being released on a hill.
It's not difficult to do the adjustment, although I spent more time raising the car onto stands, getting the wheels off (and reversing the process) than actually adjusting the brake.
In the garage it feels…no different. Will have to try it on a hill tomorrow. Hopefully the sun comes out.
Maintenance day. Used my Quickjack for the first time. Really like it. Made it a much easier day. Did a spark plug change. Not a bad job on the 997.2. The second side was quicker. Used the DIYs from this site. So thanks to everyone. I also did an oil change and a brake fluid flush.
Installed the "gundo hack" mufflers this morning and plastidipped the rear logo. One productive morning! The sound was amazing, specially with a cab. Was running 2nd and 3rd pretty much the whole time keeping it between 3k-5k. $80 mod that can't be beat.

What diameter pipe did you go with? I found a shop who will do it for the same price in my neighboorhod.
Cleaned all the leftover adhesive from recent addition of new MPSS tires. Also detailed car in prep for a beautiful day at our local Cars and Coffee event!
