Lol. We have the same cart in the same shade of blue! I think if I loaded it up with Mobil 1, the wife'd strangle me.

Nice upgrade, Shammerman! If you don't mind me asking, who did the install (dealer or Indy) and how much did it cost? I'm considering this swap too.
Honestly, this is so easy to do, you really should just read up on it here, and learn to do it yourself. I was reluctant to handle the airbag myself when I did the swap on my 997.2 C2S, so I had my dealer do the swap for me. I think they charged me $250-300.
When I swapped out wheels on my GTS, I did it myself. The first time took maybe 20 minutes to do. I've done it a couple of times since, and now that I know how to do it, it really takes like ten minutes, maximum, to make the swap. Very easy, very clean, very safe to do.
Up to you, but IMO, when you've just spent $1,000+ on a new steering wheel, it feels much better to not have to spend a penny more for the install.

It is my understanding that because this wheel has the lights it requires "programming: as well. I may be incorrect, but I would be reluctant to DYI this due to the airbag being involved in the swap. Not doing that correctly could be a "costly" mistake.
I had one done when I first got the car about 5000 miles ago, and decided to do another one now and send a sample for oil analysis. I do mostly city driving (daily driver) so I think it would be good to see how the oil is doing after 5000 miles. Decided I'd do it myself rather than bringing it in to a shop.
Easy job:
Jack one one side of the car (don't really have to do this, but I did for easy access).
Unscrew oil plug with 8mm hex wrench.
When the oil flow diminished somewhat, took a sample to send to Blackstone labs for oil analysis.
Lowered the car so that it would be level to finish draining.
Removed oil filter using a 36mm socket.
Let oil drain for about 2 hours while I did other stuff.
Installed oil plug and torqued to 37 ft-lbs
Installed oil filter (and O-ring around housing) and torqued to 19 ft lbs.
Filled with 8 quarts Mobil 1 0-40.
Ran engine and took a short drive around block to warm up.
Checked oil level- was at the bottom line, so added about 1/2 quart more oil.
Checked oil level again- perfect!

Actually, the wheel for my GTS has lights too. No programming whatsoever. No warning lights to reset. I had to swap wheels several times recently when they sent me wheels with mismatched Alcantara. The trick is to disconnect the battery and let it discharge for like twenty minutes before removing the airbag module, etc. ;-)
It was unexpectedly nicer than the weatherman suggested it would be, so I drove around the metroplex looking for leather wipes. Didn't find what I was looking for, but got to spend a couple hours in the Porsche, which is never a bad thing...T
