Autocrossed it for the first time and had a blast!!! S-04 tires seemed fine. I don't have a comparison point to any other brand since it was my first time in this car, but they were sticky and it was fun!
I turned 65,000 today and received my first Blackstone oil analysis results.
All is fine and some comments were, "It looks like you picked up a well-maintained Porsche based on these results. Universal averages show typical wear levels after about 4,000 miles of oil use, so the extra iron is fine since this oil was in place for a longer interval. The previous owner used 10,000-mile intervals, and some of that iron has probably snowballed over the last ~65,000 miles, which also helps explain the higher iron reading. By using 5,000 mile intervals, iron won't have as much time to accumulate, so look for less iron next time. The other metals should hold steady. Physically, the oil was fine. Nice!"
FYI I purchased my car about 800 miles ago, I'm the third owner and the car was CPO'd at 30k. The car has been consistently driven in a warmer climate 7-12k miles a year for roughly 7 years. Oil always changed at p-dealer in 7-10k mi intervals with this last one being done by me at home with Mobil 1 and about 6,700 mi since last change.
What are the chances? Today on the drive into the office, an arena red (I think – the darker burgundy colour, not Guards red) 993 passed by me. Then, just a couple minutes later, another arena red 911 passed by, but this time a 996.
It would have only been weirder if my car was also red. Only got a wave from the 996 driver though.
Good day today.
-New windscreen on the Porsche.
-winter project parts from Autoatlanta arrived (door trim and ignition trim)
-Spending 1,5 hours in a taxi in rush hour traffic I also decided to buy something for me. A Cap
Windscreen was Done at Porsche Center in Warszawa. Great finish on seals and fitting. No Monsoon yet to test water proofing but looks OK.

What do you think about the FVD ECU flash? Is it a diy type?
That looks amazing. Is that Atlas Gray? I've come back around to appreciating the Turbo I forged wheels. Really well made, and a clean design. Miss mine. Looking great and nice photo.
Installed the Dension into my 2007. Didn't have the cd changer, but the install went perfectly. No errors and no need to code for the changer. Really brings the car up to date in regards to Bluetooth steaming and phone calls.

I did likewise. Well, except the take a picture part.
It was borderline cool in DFW today (upper 70's when I left), and so I took an extra long jaunt - 200+ miles - to some towns I had not been to, on some roads I had never taken, and found a few gems among the roads, but I'll keep them to myself as I did not see a single LEO during the entire 4 hours or so I was on the road!…T
