I used a ratchet handle from Harbor Freight that allows the head to rotate to any angle you want relative to the handle. It was cheap and made the job a breeze (2010 C4S). I keep deleting the photo from my phone after posting it! I will take another shot when I get home.
I got the FVD ones, the Brombacher mufflers that does not have the control button to turn it on/off via the PSE switch. Got a 10 percent discount. Later this summer I'll get the 200 cell cats and the headers. I got the genius tuner so that they can send me a new ECU file as I update the exhaust and intake. Then the GT3 TB and IDP, then its a day.
Good to know as I plan on doing similar once my parts arrive. Any thoughts on a tool that might help with access to the nuts?
I could have used a longer ratchet. I could get to all the nuts fine with my ratchet and short socket. The long socket wouldn't fit nor would my ratcheting box end wrench (not enough angle to clear the bracket structure). It wasn't too bad but when you only hear two clicks of the wrench per turn, you are in for lots of turns.
I also use penetrating oil on all of the muffler related nuts (3 on the bracket, two connecting the bracket to the muffler, tips, and the sleeve connector where the muffler joins the cross over pipes).
Getting the bumper assemblies on/off was no big deal just a bit time consuming. Porsche designed this part of the car to accessed fairly easily.

Here are the photos. The black slider on the head unlocks the wrench and allows the head to rotate to any angle. You can set the angle to reach into the nut and get a full sweep that way. Literally, the top nut came off as fast as the bottoms.

1) Removed, epoxied, sanded, primed, painted and reinstalled the front lip. It looks as good as new and cost me just $14 for a can of SEM trim black. Did it in my condo's second bathroom which is under current renovation and easy to clean tile floors. So, you can do this almost anywhere is my point.
However, I deviated because I added the remote pod. Now, the Max2 sits blacked out above my mirror with full line of sight to front and rear signals while the hidden pod sits in front of the A pillar but cannot be seen from the side of the car since it is hidden by the side mirror positioning assembly. A nice stealth look.
Had X 51, SS brake lines, Porsche Sport Classic Wheels, lower mirror trim and Rennline bumper grills installed. Can't wait to pick it up. SA sent this pic:
