Looks good, what do you think of the sound of the exhaust?

I installed the 997 GT3 shifter, and boy is there a difference! I did find a surprise with my '03 turbo; It had a 997 carrera shifter already installed. The GT3 is seems much shorter and precise on the even gear throws.

Do you think there is a market for a gently used 997 shifter? The car has less than 35,000mi.

Thanks,
Tim

Finally a track day for the first time with the GT2 front conversion. No more front lift while exiting high speed corners.

Nice! Huge improvement over stock? I just did my first track day for the year and felt some lift as well (aerokit only).

Here's a quick video of getting stuck behind traffic at the Ridge. I need to get some more seat time with the new suspension setup but had a great day at the track

Yes. My home track is WSIR here in SoCal. Turn 8 is a high speed turn at about 130MPH for me, and then accelerating a bit for a short straight. I would get always some lift exiting the turn in the past. Much more planted up front. Did not like the understeer feeling (lack of aero) while trying to enter the next turn with a decreasing radius.

Jealous! I always wanted to drive south to WSIR and try it out. You should post more of your track adventures

I haven't tried Turn2 yet but most of my time at the Ridge has been with the Chump teams. The new T13 is definitely interesting and will make for passing a lot easier in that tight corner.

On a side note, I'll be at Portland next month for the SCCA track night if you guys end up coming down. http://www.tracknightinamerica.com/

^^^ The half mile straight at WSIR hitting 145MPH before braking for T1 to about 90MPH not too bad either.

Dan @ Speed Gallery in North Hollywood, CA. Not sure of the cost due to other work being done at the same time.
