Dropped off my car at my indy for a cool shirt (box), brake bleeding, spring perch bearings to eliminate the front coil bind, and install the HANS on my helmet.

really sucks, at least they didn't ship out a bad wheel to you...should tell to hold more inventory on these wheels, great/popular wheel and stuff happens...at least you can still drive the car, who cares about style
Delvac is awesome when warmed, bad when cold lol
I changed my oil today T6>5w50 Castrol, had 2000 km's on the old T6

Quick questions since I plan on doing this to my car this weekend as well.

where do you find the delvac 75w90 oil? I don't seem to find it anywhere.
Also, is 3 liters enough for tranny and differential change?

How do I know if my car needs friction modifiers?

thanks a lot!!!!

Get mine at Suncoast, takes almost a gallon to do the transaxle...none of our cars need a friction modifier

i just ordered it here. also suncoast porsche on FLA has it. six of one, 1/2 dz.. you know the deal. was 47? a gal plus the 15.00 s&h. gave the smaller guys the biz on this one lufteknic.com

you don't need to use std 75/90 gear oil that HAS friction modifiers IF you're running with an lsd. the plates dont grab as they should. if your stock awd no rwd/lsd? then just buy the standard delvac or actually i'd even use redline 75/90 as i used to pre rwd/lsd. its good stuff easier also to find. the NON friction modifier delvac is harder) to find no doubt. or just listen to rob lol that''ll work too.

hope that helps

I'm changing mine again same mix i always no use. 4 qts 5/40 X 4.5 qts 5/50 castrol edge. car likes it better ( from the sound/feel ) than it does m1!

bro i just added a 1/2 qt of some rotella t6?! and the car hated it! was sluggish until i burned it off! and that was WITH a bottle of techron same time full tank. these cars can FEEL what oil we use. but then i've always been known for my sensitivity as well LOL

add: yeah man.. waiting on my rears . the dicks ( nice dicks but dicks nonetheless ) said they hadn't by NOON today even heard back from OZ and they said that was normal. do they siesta in italy as well as spain!? cry in out loud we dont do mañana in the usa! dammit lol

..and yeah, you know me from here. two different but perfect sets of wheels on the car same time? FTW who cares LOL

haha, car seems to like the 5w50(acoustically quieter and higher oil pressure vs T6)

Also did a nail repair on one of my nice fresh rear Pzero's
