This past Saturday, replaced the water pump and serpentine belt on my TT. Not too bad of a job actually.

FYI, I'm at about 105,000 miles and the water pump just began to get noisy. No leaks or anything.

Did you lower the engine a little to get the pump out?

Few recent shots of my 01, just getting it out from winter and having a alignment done and tech inspected for DE next weekend.

finally pulled the trigger rob and scawt LOL

really was just waiting for the right size boulder to come along and sure enough rounding a corner at my usual leisurely pace there it was! a nice 7/10 pounder, nailed smack on the side of my pass side, took out a brand new michi PSS and a rocker panel in the process..

and gave me the excuse to order the nearly? last set of anthracite OZ allegerita's in gt2 sizes on closeout!! with pre mounted p zeros sometimes ya just gotta force stuff ya want into happening i'll have em tomorrow. but you should see my passenger side wheel/tire! hah! utterly useless ...

new wheels nice.

Yikes!
You sure you didn't hit that rock on purpose? You've been talking about getting some new wheels for a while.

Attempted to replace the clutch accumulator. No luck. Can't get the old one loosened/removed. Car still up on jackstands. Will try again sometime this week.
Same here. Not able to turn wrench on accumulator. Need to cut the flat wrench I am using, with the engine lowered.

Change expansion tank, fuel filter, oil/filter. Big Job.

I recently had some service completed had the following changed:

Porsche Rads
water pump
SS brake lines
brake flush
997 transmission mount
replaced idler pulleys and tensioner.

I will be ordering new brake pads and rear rotors to finish her up. Also my darn airbag light came on, so will be buying a durametric to reset it. My indy had turned it off a few months ago and it came back on. I need to replace the passenger seat belt buckle.

Ouch Mark! nasty hit, hope the car is good!
But at least you have the excuse to get the OZ's, the combo rocks!
