Yeah, I cringed super hard @2fcknfst when you sent me that photo :/ you could try to take it to an auto upholstery shop and they can hopefully straighten that crinkle and re-glue it to the base.

I emailed Frank too - it would appear to be damaged on the main body of the console, and the piece that holds the window lift switches...
