You’re welcome. What do you think of the suspension compliance with those springs when driven on the street?

What's up everyone! newbie here. First of all massive congrats to kamlung on the new team driver! Kids are hilarious and usually a good bit of fun.

I just picked up a 996TT (which is what I did today) that I *think* is known around these parts. Maybe someone can chime in and send me a message if you know the car or it's storied history. For the most part, I know what I'm getting myself into but some extra feedback never hurts. This is my first 911 but I have owned many performance cars over the years. The best part about this pick up is that I'm gonna get the change to do something I've always dreamed of doing since I was a kid: driving my first 911 with my dad in tow across the US. I hope that is something kamlung and your lil guy get to do someday!
Cheers!

Nice pickup. Looks really nice. Have a nice drive home. Nothing like a road trip in a new car.

^ to put it mildly hah! Full mods list when I get underneath it. The PPI revealed this car has been treated to (and with) the equivalent of vehicular viagra. Should be fun!

They’re good on the street as well. Ever so slightly over sprung for street but dialing the shocks down helps. They’re far from jarring and about as comfy as the Ohlins while having springs that are 3x as stiff….I’d never go back. When you’re giving the car the beans, it’s unreal. The car is completely flat and the amount of confidence the suspension gives is astounding. I will be recommending JRZs to anyone and everyone who’s on the fence.

The JRZ experience is real

I would think it’s more likely your car would screw up the lines of the girls.

Currently, I love the car more than any female, so the car wins, always.
