Was there ever a follow up to the tavarish 996tt video? I checked for months then forgot about it until now!

That’s annoying! There’s not enough 996tt content on YouTube!

I bought her some different rims. These are 19", I hope the ride is not too firm. Here is a pic of them and also them on the previous owners 996 Turbo. I think they look really smart.

11" rears

They are flow formed Sportec made by BBS. Hopefully they should be lighter than the GT2 rims currently on the car.

Current wheels

Rear view Sportec 19\"

Look nice. A bit like GT3 wheels.

Thanks. I'm really happy with them, but think I will have to drop the width of the rears to 305 from the current 315's. I might get them painted a smoke silver colour as I do quite like the current non black or Silver wheel look.

Went out for morning coffee. Just a quick 120 mile round trip, much of it twisties!

Default P1155...

Although not quite the distance Paul and his cohorts ran, I managed to get an 80 mile run up and back the valley.

Then, something interesting happened when I got back into the highway - I had just dispatched a guy in a beige 996tt and then threw a code.

1155, short in the maf if my new little reader is to be trusted.

This puzzles me because the maf has been coded out, move to speed density via Sam.

Any thoughts as to why?
