Well, at least it wasn't Bermuda strength when it hit - more bourbon will help.

That's definitely good strong winds; I have only ever been at the back end of them, once in Mexico on the Baja, and once in Hawaii (many moons ago) - strong winds and rough water was about it. Cat anything would be terrible.
Happy everyone is ok, Houston looks pretty bad.

I've heard that; I was in Dallas a few years back and a storm rolled in really quickly and wit the first (observable) lightening strike, the power went out for two hours. I was told after that the grid for the state was quite old and susceptible to the slightest things that may upset it.
Still, I LOVE Texas, it is a great state.

Sunday Morning Twisties.
F355 Challenge, California T, 992 GT3 along for the drive. All getting it done differently but accomplishing the same goal, big smiles on the drivers face.
This one is my 2002 Polar 996 Turbo. I've been dialing it in a bit to be a bit sharper in the canyons and more suited to my driving style and types of roads. Fresh KW-V3 suspension, moved from 19" to 18" wheels/tires in GT2 sizing, adjusted sway bars and a spec alignment. Getting very close!
Need to play with shock adjustments just a bit more and it needs fresh rubber. I think I will also swap in the Euro GT3 buckets I've been hoarding for a while, as it handles so well now staying in position with the comfort seats is becoming the limiting factor.
The 992 GT3 looks so much bigger than the 996 Turbo!

can the F355 keep up with you? Is it a manual or F1 box?

Manual. The F355 has some punch to it, but hell no when our turbos come on boost. Especially at altitude. That 355 is particularly well set up and drives better than many.
None of those particular can match the 996 Turbo in the mountain twisties IMHO...

- The Cali T has the power, but not the handling.
- The GT3 has the handling, but not the power.
- The F355 delivers an incredible driving experience but has advantage in neither the handling or power.

N/A horsepower is expensive to get!
