Thanks, good to know. Will go through it again. Seemed too easy.

I have determined that Matt's key fob works better than mine.

I get the two blow off valves, but what have you ported in inside of the BOVs?

Water/meth nozzles make sense.
Yeah, since moving to TX, I needed to combat the heat...

Nice.

You're missing a hose clamp on the right BOV...

It is remarkable how well Matt's works and how badly mine doesn't - both 2003 cars, but I basically have to be standing on top of the car to make it work.

Put a fresh one in and thought that is just the way it is... Matt's car told me it wasn't.

I figure by the time it's all said an done, with a new key blank and obligatory trip to Porsche, so be about $500... yay.

Unless my Durametric allows me to program keys...

need a PIWIS for key programming unfortunately. There's a TSB for the remote antenna which I'd check out first...remote either works or it doesn't, but battery quality and antenna exposure change the receiving length

Figured I was off to the dealer - I think the rest of it is OK, I did take the FOB apart and cleaned it - it has performed the same way since I have had the car.
