Wish it was a factory color, but it's actually a wrap by Avery. I'll try to find the color code but it turned out great and very similar to Mexico blue. From very close you can tell it's not paint, but Im also interested to try a buff and coat of wax on it as I've heard it can enhance the shine if you're careful and take your time. It is the factory metallic black which is the rarer black trim color with natrual brown interior.

Also thanks for the garage comments. Definitely a work in progress. Started a garage overhaul a couple years ago that never finished up completely. But much happier with where it is now. Somehow projects keep coming up!?!?

Kind of going through build phase part2. I'll make a full post whenever (if ever) it's done. But the core of it is;
Tial 3076 turbos
Protomotive fender intakes
3.5" IC with DV's welded on
Protomotive Intake w/ meth bungs
GT3 TB
SRM plenum
1650cc Inejctors
-8AN supply / -6AN return
Upgraded pump or dual pumps possibly
E85 tune
Wavetrac LSD
Cup shift linkage
997 GT3 shifter
Protomotive carbon clutch (already installed)
New water pump
Coolant lines previously pinned
All new suspension components
350mm brakes all round

Then also having the seats recovered from planet 9, GT3 console delete, amp/speaker upgrade, etc.

very mexico blue ish. great mods and choice on the wavetrac.

i guess you wanted a one time fix, you'd never have to deal with again. it is truly the best $1300 mod there is. enjoy the upgrades.

Wow, you have my attention. How much was the wrap job? Did you DIY it? Mine is also metallic black with natural brown interior, and your wrap has me suddenly considering something I never thought I would consider!

I like the use of the plywood for an extra 3" of lift - was that required to get the engine out cleanly?

Finally got the windshield in. OEM Porsche parts, covered by Hagerty at 100%. Pretty awesome because just this windshield replacement cost the same as my annual policy with them. Guys did a great job.

We have tested the OEM airbox / OEM filter. It is 100% efficient at 740whp worth of airflow. We dynoed the car with the OEM airbox/filter, and then with the airbox completely removed and the intake open to the elements. Same identical #s thought the full 4th gear dyno pull.

Too many people install aftermarket "go fast" parts which in reality provide zero benefit. This is unfortunately one of those parts.
