On almost every model page the prices for auctions in the UK are significantly lower than the US. Inflation? Supply chain issues? Are people in the UK smarter? Poorer? Richer? Do they have other things to buy? What gives?

I'd like every armchair expert's opinion please
Have you ever seen the underside of a UK car?

I prefer my 3-spoke. It doesn't look like a mid-90s Chevy Pickup

Used the 4 spoke for many years, then bought a 3-spoke. I prefer the 3.

I prefer the 4 spoke.
The 3 spoke reminds me of my old mid 2000s Honda Accord

So I guess you guys aren't considering a K24 or LS3 swap to match any steering wheels? 😁

I would 110% K or LS swap over paying $35k for a 300hp paperweight

I always thought the corvette was a great swap prospect thanks to the transaxle layout. And a turbo K would be a hilarious thing in the corvette community

We will all eventually have to get a rebuild. Don't have a problem with 35k. Just don't want to do it until I know exactly what I want. Seems to me an LS swap would make more sense than a K24 swap. Just can't stomach the sound of a turbo four Honda in my Porsche.

Because it's an absolutely hilarious amount of money compared to a $300 truck motor or a k20 and a Chinese turbo kit

When I went from a 1999 Boxster to a 2000 ME the 3 spoke with the 10-2 notches and smooth maple trim was a very welcome upgrade.

It really is. I get its pay to play sometimes but seems ridiculous how expensive an engine build is for one of these. But in the end, none of the options end up being all that cost-effective, unfortunately.
