Mine says $36,392...., which is low but...., higher than I expected. Most of those estimators (especially KBB) are usually way under what market calls for on certain sports cars. factory aero kit added $234.
Edmunds didn’t give me the option to add the aero but carbon interior really put it up. I put that it was in Outstanding condition and it has $53k.
KBB is missing not one but two decimal places for XAA

Nice! My 99 triple black cab w LSD and 68k miles says $31,800.
996 has appreciated more (and is appreciating more) than any car in history. As it was the most hated, it will become the most beloved. That is the Classic 911 way

Meh, 360's have appreciated faster for the early 00's cars. You could get a gated 360 for $60k with low miles about 5-7 years ago, they're going for $120k in the right form now.
If could seriously get $45k for my 996, that would be decent over 5 years. By time subtract other costs through ownership wouldn't make a ton of money.
Don't see 996 becoming the most beloved, people may continue to understand it's a great way to get in a 911 at an affordable price compared to 993's or 997's. I may be wrong, but only speculation.

Seems a bit unlikely? Is there a list of top 10 most appreciated cars of all time? The 1969 Dodge Charger R/T sold for under $4k, and is worth $100k now. The 56 Mercedes SL300 was $8k and now worth $1M.
