you obviously don't care if your purchases dont benefit Americans, but I don't know anyone that wouldn't want their neighbor to have a job before someone on the other side of the country
My raw material comes from Pennsylvania , Sweden and Japan. We tried to get local steel manufacturers to meet our specs but they just couldn't

I'm pretty sure this isn't the best place to have this discussion. There's no right answer anyway. There are times when it's great to make stuff in America. There are times when it makes sense to outsource. Outsourcing is not the destroyer of American prosperity -- Apple makes a ton of money, all manufacturing is outsourced, but the Apple $ go to US corporate. If Apple built everything in the US, they'd be out of business because their phones would be too expensive to be competitive. There are plenty of things that are very well made in China (most brand name electronics). There are things that aren't well made in China (Vises, for example). There are good and bad working situations in China. There are good and bad working situations in the US. There are good and bad working situations in all countries. There are no right answers, and this isn't the right place to have the discussion.

That's the only point I'm trying to make. "Buying American" is stupid
