This had tutorial also had all the pics I needed:

That plus the Bentley book.
Good luck!

Edit: Just noticed you said the 996.1 with 3.6 injectors. So obviously that's different!

Don't recall seeing a write up, but the spot for the additional notch is fairly straight forward.

Ha, ya, I'm following the guide but the modification of the injectors themselves is what is the question mark.

Ya, I searched for an hour last night and couldn't find one. Most recent was from last year by Jake saying that was on his todo list.

It's supposed to hit 90° today so I went for an early drive while it was still cool enough to have the windows and sunroof open.

LOL, it 60 degrees and a little dreary and I went for a spirited drive with the windows down and the sunroof open. Can't match your CA scenery however. Nice photo!

Left it in garage and took my daughter out for some behind the wheel practice on some country roads in the Raptor. Let her mash the pedal to the floor with traction control on as she wanted to feel what it did....well, hopefully we got that outa the way🙃

Default Repair my 996

Scanned cam deviations and cleared the airbag fault code. The tool on the picture is Foxwell NT530, I just got it.

Based on the cam deviations on the scanner it looks like wear pad replacement is in your future.

Is that an original Aerokit C4S? Very cool, wish mine was. Love the look. Very nice pics, beautiful area of the desert.
