2 is 1, 1 is none.
I may get one for my Mustang and my Honda Odyssey.
This caught my eye. What Mustang do you have? I have a 2012 GT with glass roof that I have ton tons of mods and retrofitting to.

LOVE that interior, Randy! Looks brand new!

Just throw it into your glovebox, if you have a 996.2.

I have a 2006 Mustang.
It’s actually my son’s car.
He just graduated from college, (degree in Applied Robotics Technology) so soon it won’t be mine to worry about.
But I want to replace the dry chemical fire extinguisher that rolls around in the trunk with an Element fire extinguisher in the glove box.

Pardon my ignorance but what typically causes a fire that has everyone packing an extinguisher?

Fuel
I’ve carried a fire extinguisher in each of my cars since 1985 when I stood and watched my sister’s 1981 Ford Mustang burn because we had no fire extinguisher when her fuel filter leaked onto the intake manifold while we were in the middle of nowhere.
I’ve used my extinguisher twice in that time putting out someone else’s car.
I’ve never needed them for my car, but luckily for those two people I was able to save their cars.
Halotron is expensive.
Element is my budget fire extinguisher option.

Going to put the new tires on at the weekend.
Should be a lot better than the crappy ones that were on there when I bought it.

Removed the wheel locks from my aftermarket wheels and replaced them w/cheap eBay lug nuts that fit; they cost less than $1/each.

Not worried about the cheap eBay sh*t. The heads of the 4 that I used didn't shear off when I torqued the lug nuts to spec. So, they apparently are good enough to do the job.

Have 16 more if any of them break and have 4 other lugs on each wheel that should keep each wheel on; at least they have so far.

Never leave my car anywhere where I'd need to worry about anyone stealing my wheels -- it was such a PITA finding a lock for them -- and don't want to worry about my Indy or anyone else f*cking up the locks and keys w/an air gun.

So, good riddance, IMO!

*PDR all around
*Roof channel brackets replaced
*Exhaust Tips Aligned
*Front repainted..Hood, Fenders, Bumper
*Headlights sanded and clear coated
*Expel applied to headlights, hood, fenders, fr bumper
OK, time to get back to the use and (proper) abuse of this car!!!

I think I’m gonna also need front repainted and roof tracks replaced. Paint is coming off them and shows white plastic.. did you have the same thing?

how much approximately does it cost to re-paint the front? Did you put any protection on it after?

Default Who’s watching the car?

I’ve been looking at this switch (Picture1) hanging loose for few months inside theMY04 C4S 39,5K on the clock. It appears I need to get behind the cover and YoutubeU info showed some screws behind those bug eyes so out they came. Picture two makes me pause....What’s wrong with this picture?
1. bulb looking lens in one
2. board looking surface in the other
4. maybe a space saving design from Toyota(oops...secrets out...it’s German plastic tho)

a little history search to see if this had been off for any reason before me
So fellow enthusiasts if anyone recognizes the abnormality please respond?

and take a look...

Isn’t this part of security system? Infrared or something to detect movement in car if armed?

My roof track issue was the little covers kept coming off (2 per side). The plastic clip underneath of each was broken. No painting was needed on the roof.
As for the cost of the front end repaint, I went the local body shop that the P dealer uses. Great local shop and cost was less than I expected (quoted it body shop style, with prices and hours per a standard rate). I can PM you the costs.
Yes, due to the Covid stuff, i had the extra time and had the expel ultimate film applied over all the repainted panels and headlamps. Looks amazing!
