Finally got around to installing new pads and rotors. Also replaced the DS window regulator that has been giving me fits for a few months. Next up is tackling the passenger window that doesn't retract when I open the door.

Please share a write up on the window project. My drivers side door window doesn’t retract. Could use some guidance. Thanks!

Picked the car up after having the Front Clip repainted. Debated about whether to do it at all since it is mostly for track duty, but very pleased with the results. They also easily took care of things that bothered me for the last 5 years. Final list:
*Fr Clip repaint
*Center Radiator Grille Installed
*PDR all around
*Roof molding clips replaced
*Headlights refinished and sealed

Spacers make a world of difference, wish I went slightly bigger in the front though. I am 90% done my muffler, spark plug, and coil pack replacement. It all went back together much easier than it came apart so that was nice and my new clamps showed up as I was starting to fit the mufflers. I also had the misfortune of shooting a hefty stream of penetrating oil into my right eye. Tomorrow will be tightening down the some misc. bolts, and reinstalling the bumper.

So im doing some maintainence since i now have time in the evenings. I already pilled the drivers intake to replace the aos and install the uaos. I decided to pull the pass side intake to replace the long aos hose and put a new oil fill hose in as i see oil seeping through the ribs. Also gonna do all the rubber coolant hoses and vacuum lines while im in there. I pulled the alt to get access to the fill hose bolts and to clean and now its locked up, so ot looks like i need a new one. Where are u guys getting replacents. Gonna swing by the local rebuild place to see if its salvagable. I see autohouze has a bosch reman for $240+ core. There is an amazon seller that says he has new bosch for $240 no core but i doubt its really bosch based on his description.
current state of motor
The po also used a $8 pully to replace the tensioner pully. It almost had the correct offset. I dont understand not using the correct parts.

Replaced transmission mount
Took on the task of pressing in/out the manual transmission mount.
Rented the AGA tool from a member here and removed and replaced OEM mount with the Lemfoerder 99637505505.
Fairly simple job with the tool but should have raised the car a bit more to make things a little easier.
Also reinstalling the Function First yellow inserts.
Slowly replacing 17yo rubber bits.

After 5 minutes of flushing my eye with water, it felt fine, not even red. The skin around my eye burned for a bit though, I was surprised considering between the oil and the force of the stream. Anyway, I ended up finishing everything up today, got the bumper back on and took it for a drive.
