Enjoyed a quick “essential” trip this morning...
1). Just beat a fantastic looking thunderstorm
2). Enjoying the black exhaust tips
3). Very happy with the new steering wheel (sorry about not vacuuming the car :/)
4). Appropriately rewarded myself

Nice wheel. How much and where did you get it? Do you have any more pics of the tips?

Spent over 4 hours doing a thorough wash to include every inch of the wheels. Then took it for a drive. I miss driving it! I usually drive it for an hour twice a day going to/from work. Put the car cover on after it cooled down, it's getting to be oak leaves and those pesky worms that fall from them.

I miss driving it!

Not sure, looks like this https://www.vividracing.com/porsche-...152498015.html

Looks amazing but I'm too cheap to spend $800 on a steering wheel. I'll think I go with the youtube magic eraser option I just learned about

Ditto

Took a 100 mile mental health drive. Got it up to 120 during 1 high speed pass. It was fun!

Smoking a cigar and drinking some wine in the sun in the backyard now.

Thanks Mike, there is a RLer here who brokers the steering wheel with a friend of his who does the work. I will send the info (need to dig it up, sorry). The quality is top notch. Yes, will get some more pics of the tips later today.

Thinking about selling. I don't have a reason to sell, but I don't have a reason to keep. I'm working from home the next couple of months and my 996TT is more than enough to run around when needed. Help! What do I do?

I've written about the car in this forum a bit - I absolutely love it and see it as a fabulous compliment to the Turbo. It's pristine, black/black, IMS is done, and is super shape. I'm conflicted.

The biggest unknown in my mind is how to actually do a deal from home!

Is it even a good market to sell? I guess it can't hurt to list but the reality is it's going to be next to impossible to do a sale, at least locally. I believe in PA the DMW is shut down and all the tags places around me are closed.

Market is not great now, just keep it till this blows over. Then if you still want to sell, go ahead.
