I believe the upper lip with the 3 screws should go on the inside (meaning the rear half goes above, opposite of what we see in your pic).

will have to look at the other side. Figured this way water spray wouldn’t have a lip to go into.

Where did you end up finding the parts? I need the front halves on both sides for a wide body bumper.

pelican had them. I called around. Some places said you need to order the whole two pieces but Pelican had it in stock and had to me within a few days.

You are welcome. It was $35 for the analysis + another $10 for the TBN number. Turnaround was about a week after they received my sample!

Good to know the specifics, thanks for sharing!

Just curious for anyone else who has done so: how are the results from your high-mile 993, especially after more miles with the Mobil1?

i'd like to ask a couple of questions related to the recent oil change topic above. my recent oil change turned into a bit of 'while you're in there' and i have a few pieces i'd like to replace.

i've referenced multiple diagrams, but i have yet to find part numbers for the oil line hose (rubber hose attached to the oil line below) or the cloth hose in the pic below. does anyone have a part number for either?

I believe these are the green o-rings (below) for the oil line, but i'm far from certain. any chance i'm correct?

i hate putting dirty parts back on a car, so this turned into a bit of a cleaning session, as well.

i'd really appreciate any help anyone can provide.

it looks like this might be the oil line hose. not a trivial price.

Top picture is the clutch vent tube. Connects to tubes between clutch bell housing and intake assembly cover. It's a pain to get back on there. VERY limited access. Part number 999.782.041.90
