So what dealer markups are buyers paying for the T? I am about to configure mine tomorrow and my dealer is asking $10K for repeat customers (me) and $20K for new customers. Anyone buying a T at straight MSRP out there?

Paying ADM as availability goes up and used prices are coming down on a "value" trim level of the expected final year before a refresh 911 seems unconscionable at this point.

Man being close to $140k and not having the much nicer leather interior is not really what I'd recommend.

It depends a lot when you get your order in. This is a very motivated group. Many, like me, had orders in the day of the announcement. Dealers were more likely to put you on a list for a car they didn't even have access to at MSRP. As we all see there isn't an abundance of slots left over, so I think you now have to pay your way to get into the queue. When they are all spoken for and pre-sold, I'm certain some excited sole will pay even more to get one at a dealer. Once we exhaust the gearhead crowd on the newsgroups we will have to see how deep the 2024 dip is as the last T didn't fair that well on dealership lots. Assuming a full year of production, we may see the same numbers as last time where there are 2x or 3x as many cars in the final year.

My dealer in Canada is still waiting for confirmation on whether if Leipzig delivery is available.
Based on TYD my dates are as follow:
Change Freeze: Mar 6 2023
Manufacturing Start: Mar 28 2023
Manufacturing Complete: Apr 4 2023
Leipzig Delivery: Jun 14 2023

Yes... I got my allocation on Christmas eve at MSRP with a build date of 3/17. traded in a current 992 for my allocation at MSRP.
I think many in this thread were able to get their T allocation at MSRP, with a few dealers asking ADM.

I was able to lock my allocation at MSRP. I casually reached out to my SA for information on it (not even to get on a list) the day of the announcement and he said "I can put you high up on the list at MSRP if you'd like". At the time there were 5 on the dealer delivery list and just 1 on the EuroDelivery list. So I gladly took #2 for Euro.
