I think this is likely, or at least if there is another T it won't be the same formula (base ICE + manual + performance options thrown in). I'm happy to be wrong, but it seems like ICE+manual may be GT cars only or maybe some GTS versions. The new base Carrera may be non-hybrid to provide some cost and performance gap with the S and up, but I just don't see a spicy upgraded base as a "T" with a manual fitting in there very well. Anything's possible though.
@Cartod love it without the Lizard. Looks perfect.
@Vernin nice video. I think you were taking it easy on dad.
@Shortseller thanks for posting that. Deeply satisfying.

It's also possible that in order to insert mild-hybrid and hybrid tech into the 992.2 lineup, Porsche will be forced to bring back the manual transmission option to the base Carrera (which won't have mild-hybrid?) as the sole more attainable manual transmission option, with the S and GTS being excluded from a manual option due to the mild-hybrid system, leaving the only other options for manual with the GT3 and special editions that don't have hybrid. This is with the assumption that mild-hybrid cannot be easily adapted to Porsche's current PDK-based 7-speed manual transmission in the Carrera models... maybe it can? But this makes sense to me as it would continue to preserve the T as something special for enthusiasts and the collector market, yet also offer something uniquely "new" for the the 992.2 (a manual base model 911) by simply carrying over stuff from 992.1 without having to develop something new just to adapt a manual transmission to the hybrid models.

@Wilder Thank you for the kind words, It is possible I slowed down a little, but he was moving pretty well haha, I will try and get the footage from his POV.
Good lines…You’re doing great! 👍

I appreciate it greatly! Thank you, I never really knew how hard it is to keep in your seat when going so fast without harnesses or bucket seats. But it sure is fun regardless.
So Third Gear at the top end just keeps pulling as well as from 3.5k on, It has so much Torq I was short-shifting in one of the turns and using 3rd through the blind sweepers, before the Straight going into Turns 1 and 2.
I think the top of Third is around 107 or so, and man it is tall but Second and 3rd gear were perfect for this track.
Any one else go to Spring Mountain?

There is news that Volkswagen GTI facelift will remove manual transmissions, starting next year's model. That spells trouble for manual transmission cars within the VW family, because it shows the current state of the VW management's philosophy, even on econo hot-rods.
