Correct. And the *Special Colors* category is just a marketing scheme to charge more for certain colors. These paints are applied via the same process as any paint on the standard palette.

@ wintersade - Ice Grey Metallic will look incredible. It's a stunning color. Don't get hung up on what other models offer it and whether it will be a *Special Color* in the future. Enjoy the anticipation of your T's arrival.

Loving the Leather Interior in Bordeaux Red with Chalk Stitching and with the 930 package. 👍👍

Oh, I am well aware as I have a Shark Blue T which was initially VW Cornflower Blue. Paint code D7 for either.

Shark Blue is also a fantastic color, but not because it is in the contrived *Special Color* category. Remember, not long ago, lucky PTS beneficiaries were selecting Voodoo Blue and Arrow Blue for 13k with no hesitation. You got a steal.

I am really enjoying IGM on the 992. It shows different hues under different lights.

I'm in Europe and 4 dealers informed me the 992.2 T will be available for spec October this year.

So I strongly believe it will be there.

My freeze date is today, and my production complete date remains unchanged at March 7.

I've added my commission number to track it on the website a while ago, but when does one typically receive the official TYD email from Porsche? Is it when production starts and VIN is assigned?

Per my experience the TYD email arrives once the seller dealer associates your name and contact info with the commission number. I received mine the day I received my allocation. In fact, within 10 to 15 minutes from hanging up the phone with my SA.

Great few hours going round the car with the SA. My, hasn’t technology come on a bit since the 997.2 GT3!!

Now the long wait for PPE……

Nice! When were your orders confirmed? My order was confirmed 12/7/23 with my build finishing in on 3/11. Delivery slated to be at my dealership 4/20. I haven't seen any real adjustments to my dates since my order was confirmed in Dec
