992 Carrera T Club
I just turned down a C2s allocation yesterday. Porsche exchange out of Chicago has one. April freeze may build no ADM. After I configured it they wouldn’t give me my color (Aventurine green). My next two were shark or yellow. Denied. I’ll wait and take my chances on a .2.
After I built my S I realized just how special the T really is. You pay extra for all the special things the T has. PASM, lightweight glass, sport’s exhaust etc. The S is not a special car.

I just did the deposit on mine on the 20th. Feb 22nd lock and May 6th delivery. The dealer had 2 and someone had just got the other before me. I believe the other locked yesterday and then delivers April.

Im holding out for the 992.2 in my preferred color which hopefully retains the manual gearbox. My SA assured me that Porsche will keep a manual just based on the demand. Even though it will most likely have an electric motor in the drive line.

I just got a TYD update saying that my car is at port. The customs issue must be resolved.

I have heard that there were zero issues with customs to begin with. FYI, They go through US customs prior to being PDI’ed at port.
when did your car arrive in Baltimore..... Mine arrived on 22nd.. SA says takes 4 days to get to the dealer but 4 days already has passed. TYD still says at port..

It looks like it arrived around the 21st but was moored off the coast until now. I tracked it with the maritime app.
@defiant2 Thanks for the update on the rear seats. I originally had a GT3 touring on order and was planning to add rear seats so I have a full back seat kit. Since the GT3 fell through (long story), I ordered a T.
Finding carrera T backseat is very very tough. The part number for the 992 rear seat bench is 992 885 405 but no parts department can figure out how to order one in Carrera T Checkered Sport Tex. If you get the part number, please share.
****EDIT***** Part Number for Carrera T interior rear seat color with Chalk stitching 992 885 405 NVA0.
Also, if you cannot find carrera T fabric for your rear bolsters, I have a crap ton of authentic 911R fabric. I was planning to use it in the GT3. If you want some, PM me. It kind of matches....
