I closed my TYD. At this point it’s of no real use. Dates are meaningless right now.

Just dropped by our dealer...SM showed us the Porsche Management Site where they get all the updates...Release for sale date for all 911's was moved up from 10/16 to 10/09...He stated it was updated on 10/01, but everything is an estimate as usual.

Yes...Saw with my own two eyes...Porsche is not holding up anything, but CARB which was initially California Air Resources Board, but apparently thirteen other states have adopted the same legislation. VW Diesel Gate started the whole issue. They have 50 cars they are waiting on...as every dealer across the country.

I just received the same response:
"Thank you for your inquiry. The U.S. EPA does not delay certification as that process it up to the manufacturer and they would be the one to provide any information on the certification process as this is considered private business information by the manufacturer." EPA Imports Line, Exemptions
So, it appears to be PORSCHE'S fault. Ridiculous.
