I'm bracing for delay. My CP8.0 date is 7/1 and TYD has car arriving in Emden 7/1 and departing 7/8. Dealer delivery is estimated for 8/12. Guessing/fearing this is 30 days ish optimistic but hoping for less. In the scheme of tings, a non-problem. Wish TYD was more current and accurate.

Unless they're air freighting the thing, June 24 is not reality. I'm surprised none of the dates have changed since everything was accurate up to Emden arrival. There must be enough backlog and uncertainty as mentioned by other members as to RoRo arrival and available freight capacity to limit estimating new dates thus the dates remain as-is.

If 3-4 weeks is the typical time at Emden, you would think TYD would roll that factor into the future milestone dates.

Anyway, it will be here soon enough. And I agree, Oslo Blue is a great color choice. No wonder it's a popular PTS color.
Here is my recent experience: Car arrived at Emden on 4/20 with a TYD ship date of 4/28. My car did not make on, and was not loaded on, the RoRo leaving Emden on 4/28. TYD changed to ship date to 5/20. Next RoRo to my US port was 5/11 and my car was loaded. On 5/13, my TYD changed to 5/12 for “On Vessel” date. TYD port arrival date was 6/3 but car offloaded on 6/1 and TYD changed to 6/1. Get ready for more delays at US port for software upgrade that is part of a “stop delivery” recall. This is discussed above. Best wishes.

Oslo Blue one of my favorites too. Suggestion: search the internet for the VWGroup shipping schedule for June and July so you know the traffic pattern and expectations for logistics from Emden to your US port. Best wishes.

Car went into production today (6/14). Was scheduled to go in 6/3 but completion remains at 6/24. Oven is preheating — almost ready to bake!

Congrats. I was scheduled for the 10th, according to my SA it has not started yet. After seeing your start date it looks like mine will start next week. I have not been able to get into my TYD for over a week now. I emailed Porsche NA today about it. They got right back to me and have a "ticket in" to fix it. We will see.

Give it time, it will be up and running eventually. After my sched for production on 5/25, it stopped updating until today.

Same dates for start of production and production completed. Agate Grey 992 S4 here. Curious as to color and model of your 992.

ugh, my car was supposed to be loaded on the Emden at the beginning of the month for 7/1 delivery and I fear it's going to be the same problem :/

Mine is a Shark Blue 2GTS. When TYD was stuck on Sched. for Prod. and not updating for me between 5/25-6/13 I reached out to my SA if his system showed the same and it did. But to my surprise, he said his showed a VIN number assigned to my car which lead me to think it's in production or just about to. Sure enough a couple days later my TYD updated to In Production. See if your SA has a VIN assigned to your car.

Have VIN as of yesterday. TYD, and Overview is down at this time. Interesting your color is Shark Blue with same production start, and production completion date.

Hi Guys,

Only my second post so go easy on me! I have a Shark Blue 992 Carrera GTS on order, currently in build, build due to complete on 1st July and due to land with my dealer here in the UK on 29th July. Been told to allow for an extra week for PPF and ceramic coating application, so hopefully ready for collection first/second week of August 2022.
