OK, my hat is officially in the ring. I'm officially getting the first allocation for a 911T at my dealership. Crazy to me, since my 2022 CGTS is not even a year old! lol. Time to start the obsessing process again.

I have a C2S Cab on the SFL Conductor. I’m in S Florida. I have optioned Bose too. I guess I’ll be joining you in the wait.

Really frustrating as the car was built in May so I thought the prior 5 months waiting had been to get all it's parts, now it's finally here no idea when it will leave port.

Anyone else been in or in a similar situation?

I have a car on the SFL Conductor also with the Bose option coming to South Florida. My SA told me the car is expected to be in the dealership in about a week after it enters the port and did not mention anything about the Bose equipment not being installed at the factory. Did you hear something about this other than from the other post?

My SA mentioned a few weeks ago that they have 40 new vehicles sitting waiting for parts that can’t be delivered. Let hope it’s not a long wait. Which dealer are you using? I’m at Braman in Wpb.

The Collection in Coral Gables. Hopefully the cars won’t be stuck at the port. Is yours a ‘23?

aren't they suing PCNA? They might be at the end of the line for receiving cars .

Nice color choice. Mine is a ‘23. Don’t really understand how ‘22s and ‘23s are being delivered the same time

Put my order in last week for a 992 GT3RS WP. Although my dealership is small, they did get 2 GT4RS allocations last year, so maybe a GT3RS is not unobtanium. I will trade in my 991.2 GT3RS WP and a loaded ‘21 CGTS & take European delivery to sweeten the pot.
One can dream, right?

Good news: my production started today.

Bad news: my delivery date got pushed back by two weeks, into middle of December.

Just another ebb and flow on the river of the Great Material Continuum.

But I do have a question for those smarter than me. The car, according to the magical crystal ball we know as TYD, says the car is going to be delivered to PEC Atlanta on November 25th (yes that changed again). However, my SA has told me the car will arrive at the Jacksonville Port on October 25th, and I can't imagine it taking 5 weeks to transport the car to Atlanta. So feasibly the car could be sitting in Atlanta several weeks before my appointment.

When would you guys begin the insurance policy? Thanks for any suggestions.
when you take ownership officially

Where did you get that delay info from? TYD or your SA? I'm just asking because yet once again my TYD is full of beans. It's changed my dates ever since production was completed....2 days early on September 28th. I just checked it before logging into Rennlist and TYD still says my car is scheduled to arrive at the Jacksonville Port on November 4th, sit for 3 weeks, and then make the journey to Atlanta on November 25th. Hasn't changed one iota since October 5th other than to say my car got loaded on the ship on October 11th. In actuality my car is on the SFL Conductor and is several hours away from making Port. I'm expecting TYD to update once the car comes off the ship but I'm not holding my breath. Either way it doesn't matter in my case because the earliest date I could get at PEC Atlanta is December 13th. I'm just posting this to give a modicum of hope for those awaiting delivery at their local Dealership and to say don't trust TYD to be accurate all the time. Heck, even my SA was told the car wouldn't be in Jacksonville until October 31st. It's all screwy so hang tough.

TYD. I’m doing PEC LA in January, so the price of bread really isn’t changing for me in terms of the car finally being in my garage. Interesting to note that production started a day late too.
