Same here. I feel it will still make a difference. Fully open at all RPMs will have to have more sound than only partially opened in the lower revs (best case OEM scenario)

The EU cars are also quieter. I listened to a Euro RS and a NA RS and the all things being equal, the NA one was a bit louder at idle.

It seems the US bound RS cars don’t have the OPF filters in place unlike the GT3 cars which do have them but unmonitored. Could be the difference you are hearing.

I have heard that as well, but I have not seen any actual proof. If I remember the one post here it was a bad picture and the poster never followed up. I could be mistaken.

I seem to remember a thread with someone getting aftermarket exhaust installed and the OPF being absent when they pulled the catback.

Do we think US S/T's have OPFs?

Hi all, I'm looking for some more pictures of GT Silver S/T's, anyone on here with one that can post some pictures? It's between this and black as sadly no PTS!

Thanks all.

Mine has finally made it home after ED in June. What an amazing machine. Looking for excuses to take road trips

yep. Annoying and sad. I have been driving mine everywhere since it’s returned from ED, it’s truly an absolute joy to drive, best road car from Porsche I have ever driven. These should be driven not stored in collections, what a waste.

That being said, it makes my trips to the grocery store, Target and Chipotle much more exciting. Off to Lowe’s this morning to fill the frunk with supplies, selling my dad’s house.

Just as Professor Porsche intended.
