Actually just so I’m not spewing disinfo…. If you don’t have a July/august allocation, maybe they can still move your build. But my understanding is the only st pts slots left and not yet allocated fall into July and august
So many nice blues. I always like Golf Blue, the newer Club Blue really pops as well, although not a classic color. Honestly think Mexico Blue would be insanely beautiful on ST. I just have to be satisfied with my poverty spec!
Update for those in pts limbo, it sounds like if you have a build through June and haven’t been approved for pts, then you aren’t getting it. July and august pts have not been allocated, perhaps in the next month. My understanding is PTS demand is white hot across all models, but that it is limited to a certain % of production to maintain exclusivity and they are prioritizing models like the ST. So be happy about the long wait, I think they are trying to accommodate. And if you end up with a poverty spec st, I think that’s gonna be okay too.
Curious that Porsche would just decline my CXX build but be silent re: PTS for my June build slot. Are they "preparing" me for more bad news? lol. Porsche shouldn't be too surprised about the demand for PTS: The color palette for the ST is approx. half the # of colors for other 911s. I'm reminded of Henry Ford's quote on the Model T "You can have any color so long as it is black (or white)." It's all good, as I'm fortunate to get an allocation. Still holding out hope the above PTS rumor is just that.
I’ve seen it in person too and really liked it, but (of course all personal and subjective) I felt it was a touch too dark and would hide the door crease of the ST. Manus would be one step up.
I personally don’t think any blues fit 992 Body lines , but could just be me . Did you decide on a color yet lol .
