Curious that Porsche would just decline my CXX build but be silent re: PTS for my June build slot. Are they "preparing" me for more bad news? lol. Porsche shouldn't be too surprised about the demand for PTS: The color palette for the ST is approx. half the # of colors for other 911s. I'm reminded of Henry Ford's quote on the Model T "You can have any color so long as it is black (or white)." It's all good, as I'm fortunate to get an allocation. Still holding out hope the above PTS rumor is just that.

That color is incredible. I didn’t know ipanema had a blue color. I have an Audi in Ipanema Brown which is a burnt orange really. It’s such a deep color and if this has that same depth with a blue tone it would probably top my list.

I'm wondering what the minimum time is from order lock to build? I was told my order was for a March build. Without an answer yet for PTS, I'm curious how long they will wait to finally say. At this point, I don't mind if I don't get PTS - just want to be able to give me some time to digest the rest of the color palette to decide the final spec.

My S/T shows you have reached the Change freeze Point on Track My Dreams 12/19/23, however GM was able to make changes up until 1/11/24 when status changed to V215. The crazy part is production already scheduled for 1/16/24. Maybe I'll be the first delivery in North America. Doubtful but wishful.....

On your Porsche web page, under "My Vehicles", you click a vehicle. If you scroll to the bottom there is "more details about the vehicle". This will list out all your chosen options.
Also, your dealer can print you the Tracking page of their Porsche Sales and Vehicle Management System. This shows all the events for your car with accompanying V codes (Planned, Expected and Actual). This is much more detailed than Track Your Dream.
Also, everyone who has a commission number SHOULD be able to add their commission number to their Porsche web page, even right at the order stage (Stage #1) For some reason, some commission numbers cannot be added and instead state "The order no. you entered could not be found." I have yet to find a reason for this.
Also, your dealer can print your build sheet which will tell you the paint color and current V code.
@neoprufrok Since yours is a March build, and you're trying for PTS, your dealer should know very soon (really, they should have already figured this out) if your build can be moved to July/Aug. If your build cannot be moved to July/Aug, it is highly unlikely that PTS can be completed because PTS is likely full from now till June. If your build stays at March, it is impossible to get PTS because the paint would have had to been already ordered and frozen on your build a couple of months ago. I would be ready with a standard color now. Your dealer should be able to tell you if you still have PTS as an option on your build
There is a ton of info on all these details, but it's super hard to parse through it all.
