I think the white one was noted as sale pending some time ago.

1 year no sale clause but sell me at msrp. I’ll take that on GT cars all day long. I daily a Ford so I support this 100%. Not sure dealers will follow though. Hopefully they do.

Ford can do this and Porsche will not. Its because Ford has cojones size of that truck and they dont give a **** about any dealer, any perception, any sales a dealer makes or anything else. They will write you off in a second. They can spend a billion dollars just to **** with another brand and not care making money. They dont want to be “efficient” and “noise regulations this” and “OPF” that. Porsche isnt that. Bunch of politicians as with other brands in that area are. Cultural differences. Did you see the engine in the new Z06? A billion dollars spent for an engine that will probably live in a single car and only survive emission regulations 5 years max. It makes no sense to develop such engine. But this is where Americans are different. The sheer resources, will, and power just unmatched - Apollo program is a nice example. They dont need to be elegant and efficient. I laugh every time I start my ZR1. Its like god damn thunder, the car literally shakes when the crank turns the first time.

I applauded Ford’s way of allocating Ford GT. Lots of not rich people got Ford GT because they were car people. That again tells me so much about the company’s heritage. They have integrity. I cant say the same for Porsche given how they handle a number of things.

At least they dont fraud the world with fake emission data. They go down with dignity. There is no dignity in what VW group did. All these games Porsche plays with allocations, then these ring times with unobtanium tires for months/years (it was like year 3 after 2017 ring time someone was able to buy Cup2R tire - and please do tell me when 992 GT3 Cup2R tire will be available from tirerack) and the games with VIPs.

^^^^^^^ All this, is why my daily has been a Ford Explorer for the last 10 years, not a Rover or Cayenne. When it comes to a frogfaced sportscar, thats a wholenodda kettle of fish…
