I picked a good (or bad) time to not read this thread for 3 days. Wow did it go off the rails.
also, there is no chance those “businesses” are real. Might want to take a quick break from instagram and come back to reality.
To the main point of this thread. I think ADMs for used 992 gt3s on the lot are 20-40k. Bat is a different story. I know my dealer is struggling to move a lower spec shark blue with under 2k miles. As a single data point, that’s not representative of the full market or 992 gt3s on a whole.
I don’t think 20k is that bad for a decent low mileage spec. That’s probably a deal in my opinion. It’s a while before we see the 992.2 or at least before it hits the road.
My opinion is find one, drive it, you’ll probably lose a little money. If you want a 992.2 get it. If not, enjoy it.

Burning Brakes
he has no analysis. He’s basically a perma-bear and that has worked out as well in the car market for the last 15 years as it has anywhere else, which is to say not at all. His predictions are bankrupt because he’s just stuck at that same always down spot. Someday he’ll be right, briefly. I expect he’ll crow to the high heavens about the amazing genius of his stopped clock correctness.
and I’m not a perma bear. If you want something that isn’t going to drop fiscally speaking like a 992, 996 and 997’s I think are a much better option. 991.2 gt3 manual is probably a great one to have over a 992 with regards to depreciation given so many 991 GT were made but not many manuals
I mean I don’t believe in any universe a nice 996 C4S will still be 45k in 10 years. Might be 90k who knows, that’d prolly be my guess tbh… those are absurdly cheap imo. I also grew up loving that car so maybe I’m bias
new cars suffering depreciation and eventually bottoming out is not rocket science

Not sure I'm following, you're saying model year 2024's don't exist or that allocations aren't available for them? Isn't this a 24 model year?
