How do you know? Maybe you dealer didn't do that, but many stealers do. You really believe those "the buyer backed out and now we are selling it" BS? If so, I have a bridge to sell you.

Got a call from a northeast store of mine with a GT3RS allocation at 125k over MSRP total. September build, PTS eligible

Blah, blah, blah . . . stealers . . . blah, blah, blah.
You sound like a broken record. I dont care about other dealers. I only care about MY DEALER. Just like you only care about PNH.
I know because my SA has been a friend of mine going back 8 years now. He's the reason why I was able to obtain an allocation and build slot for a 2023 GT3 Touring without having any previous purchase history. And without having to trade in my 981 GT4, which I sold myself in a private sale for $2,000 less than what I paid for it.

I’ll jump in the ring on that. When I was in for service two months after getting the car, so last June, a gentleman offered me $420k for it when he was there to purchase his C2S. Obviously the market was a little hotter back then, but I still think it could get $300k+ today quite easily.

Nice looking car, if I get a GT3RS allocation I might spec it in that color. Good thing you didn't sell that car to that guy otherwise you would be black listed from ever buying another GT car at MSRP.

I have a different circumstance than most in here via friendships that go back 20+ years and would never profit off an allocation I'm given. This car stays in the garage forever or goes back to PNH when I want to replace it.

That's the same mentality that I have as well, when it's time to move on the car goes back to PNH because they gave it to me for MSRP. I'm going over 6 years with PNH and they've been wonderful to work with. I was a bit nervous when Bill the former sales manager and John, my SA, left but the relationship didn't skip a beat with Ace and Gerald.

John Wright, my previous SA, recommended that I reach out to him to be my new SA. I'm just glad that Billy and John's departure didn't adversely effect my relationship with PHN and I love how they treat me like a good local customer. I would so give them my service business if I was within a few hours drive from them.
