But, I was just asking myself the question - what would these look like painted black? What if they were black with the raised portions still polished?
The standard spec for the T is to have a solid titanium finish, which these are not. So... I am deciding whether to deal with painting them titanium or black, or just having a slightly brighter wheel than my current setup.

Another possible option would be to match the "Carrera T" side decals to the OEM wheels. The "GT Silver" is a good match for the polished section of these wheels. If you are interested, I had the factory (CXX) install the stripe, but I had to pull and replace the rear section when I had full PPF applied. I then had to find the North American 3M code to get matching two new rear sections made (where the plastic film protects the rear wheel arches). I have the 3M code which you could use to make unique "Carrera T" side decals. Below is a picture I took for another purpose, but it shows the wheel with GT Silver paint and this 3M film from Porsche. In most natural light conditions, the stripe is very subtle or ghost-like.
For the New Year, I got my '18 CT some new pajamas for her hibernation this winter in the great state of Ohio. I had the cream colored Porsche OEM interior cover which is great, but I couldn't resist the "Pink Pig"! Only problem is when non-Porsche people see it you have to explain what it signifies. But, that's fun too! Everybody loves it......so far.

That perfectly matches the fist "mod" on my 991, and yes, I also have had to explain to people.
