Not as bad as you'd think but still pretty bad! Got new PCCB rotors and pads for 12k. Calipers were about 3k. Not to hard to swap out yourself. Will sell steel brakes to offset some of the cost.

Got the rotors from Scuderia in Germany and calipers from dealer. I get a pretty good discount with my dealer.
