Yes. Surprising large opening for a compact car of this size. The opening is noticeably wider and deeper than BMW 3 series.

The dark glass roof contrasts with any light color. It looks v good, in my opinion, on White or Silver.

I just ordered my GT Silver yesterday with no sunroof. That being said I would go with the glass if I wanted one.

I had the same decision, but since my Cayman is white, I went with the GT silver. This used to be a big bucks paint upgrade, right?

Duh. Okay, lol! I can be dense at times. I doubt my car is on that ship. It was scheduled for completion today, but another forum friend told me it was probably finished a couple days early. I wonder if they could put it in the ship that quickly?

Mine, like yours was "supposed" to exit production today but it's on a boat!

So given that we both had 10/21 V270 I'd say it is very likely we are on the boat together. Ask your SA.

Wow, thanks for that. I did ask and said he would let me know... but in the same email, he told me that he was swamped today. If that's the case, it could be a birthday present on 3 November!!

This little beauty was ordered in August (C2S with PASM, RAS and PDK plus a whole range of other goodies, note head light washers will be painted gloss black)
VIN number assigned
Build scheduled for 1st week in November

Rear - tail pipes will be gloss black

Top view showing black electric sunroof - rear wiper will be deleted

Interior - GT wheel and dials in guards red
