[QUOTE=mikemdd;12212005]Lots of repeat topics coming up.....19 pages going on 20. Maybe time for retiring this thread and starting subject oriented threads on the GTS CC...[/QUOT
Good idea, but let's continue this one until all of the allocation rounds are over.

On all the various sites, this thread is the only one that is easy to find and more-or-less current on the drawings. Shut it down when the last car is "committed". We'll all find out through later postings when ordered but unclaimed Club Coupes are for sale.

Sorry to burst your bubble, Bacura, but 'Geyser Grey Metallic' has already been allowed to be duplicated recently on a 991 Carrera 4S by the Porsche factory!

There are still a few Limited Edition colors that have not been allowed to be copied or reproduced by Porsche at Porsche - 'Sport Grey Classic' and 2011 Speedster 'Pure Blue' come to mind! But I am afraid that neither 'Geyser Grey' nor 'Club Blau' will be in that elite 'vestal virgins' echelon!

This trend of holding nothing 'exclusive' at 'Porsche Exclusive' doesn't bode well for Porsche keeping 'Club Blau' reserved just for the 60th PCA Anniversary Limited Edition of 60 cars. But maybe Vu can enlighten us on that subject.

"Now news that PAG just announced a 'Limited Edition' of 15 Targa 4S in PTS 'Gulf Blue' with the 'Pepita/Houndstooth' fabric interior inlays."
do we know if this targa limited edition is available in the US as it looks like just overseas

"At the Amsterdam Motor Show 2015, the special 2016 Porsche 911 Targa 4S Exclusive Edition has been revealed. Limited to 15 copies for the Netherlands, the car is evidently based around the ‘standard’ 911 Targa 4S but makes use of a number of bespoke features.
For starters, all 15 examples of the Porsche 911 Targa 4S Exclusive Edition will be finished in Gulf Blue complete with gloss black accents across the sides. Elsewhere, Fuchs Design 20-inch black wheels have been incorporated courtesy of the Porsche Exclusive division while black tinted LED headlights also add an extra sense of purpose to the front end."

Dealer negotiation
Hoping I will get the call this Monday I want to be able to go to the dealer and do the deal. Several people have commented that they negotiated good deals but appear to not be forthcoming with the deal they got. WFH? Those that negotiated deals on the Club Coupe, how did you do?

If this was a normal allocation car, I would push for 3-4% over the dealer cost. For a non allocation car, why would I expect to pay more?

Asked the same question also but no response. So that might answer your question as well. I guess everyone believes they got the "special deal" that cannot be disclosed.

I'd be happy to share the great news of my fantastic deal, but...
I honestly haven't talked price yet with my dealer.
The car has been configured, but apparently PCNA quotes the final MSRP to the dealer (since the Porsche configurator doesn't have #s for the Club Coupes).
When PCNA gives my dealer the figure...then, we negotiate.
Since my dealer is processing TWO CCs through his shop, he has double the reasons to be flexible, but we'll see how THAT goes.

Having spent my entire career in the auto industry and 12 years calling directly on dealers, I do not like to post anything regarding pricing in public forums out of respect to the dealers. I also find that what everyone considers to be a fair deal to be vastly different. For those of you that are going through with a purchase and really feel the need to know the details of my negotiation, please PM me.

++ Win / win, or fair for all parties should be the goal. Our dealerships need to make some money to keep their lights on and to give us free coffee while we wait for service...
