I just read elsewhere that the 2016 models will come with a Macan style steering wheel. Too bad they can't put this in the Club Coupe with the deviated stitching and red 12 O'Clock marker...

It wouldn't surprise me to see the 918/Macan steering wheel with the deviating stitching & red 12 o'clock marker on the 59 PCA's Club Coupes. Why not? They will be MY2016 vehicles. The #01 is the only '15 and thus sports the old style (current MY2015) steering wheel.

If numbers 2 - 60 get the 918/Macan steering wheel, then #01 will truly be a "one off" car and could be worth mega bucks down the road... oh, wait... I just noticed #01 has PDK. Never mind, now it belongs in the "dime a dozen" crowd.

Does the new style steering wheel include multifunction buttons? Or there is one with and one without?

There is another thread that says it comes with the multifunction buttons only. They basically took the sport and multi function, and combined them into one bad *** steering wheel.

We have only officially seen the one without any multifunction buttons which is assigned to the sportiest models - MY2016 gt3 RS and MY2016 gt4.

I suspect we will see one with multifunction buttons a la 918...but we have not seen one officially announced yet for the MY2016 991s...minus Porsche's version of the manettino with the red center button! That last gadget is only for the 918 Spyder!

Did anybody get the nod today? Not me, and I have not yet heard from anybody who did. With only 7 left to allocate this week, perhaps they are all gone by now.

This design is in the Macan, really nice look and feel and the buttons very intuitive.

Sheisse! That's a good looking steering wheel. Can't wait to hear more details about what's going to be in the final build specification. I assumed they'd be the wheel as delivered in the first CC, maybe not though.

Either way, thanks for the pictures, Eduardo.

Has anyone read information about the manual shift lever in the "production" version? I read through all the materials again and found mention of the PDK lever that's part of the extended interior package, but realized it's silent about the manual ****. Unless I missed something, I assume it's a standard GTS ****. Does anyone know differently?

I suspect there will be another round (or more).

If the low acceptance rate of the previous two round continues, I would speculate that there will be 4 or 5 still available. Be patient, your number may be the next one called.

No call for me either.
Five rounds and no luck, this car is not meant for me to buy.
I agree with others that it is time to move on.
Ferrari California T, here I come.

Still lurking and deflated but just waiting for it to officially end so I can finally move on as with each round that goes by get less interested.
