8,070 BOTH PADS replaced again!!
Tires must have been replaced again sometime for a second time after 8K miles.

PCCB's are not a favorite of any track guys. Too $$$ of a consumable. For street only use will last life of car. Not so much on the track.
Me? I'd be concerned. I inspected a heavily tracked car a few months back for a Rennlister. Wasn't evident until I saw it in person. Was similar mileage as this one. Tons of chips on paint and windshield. Steel rotors heavily grooved, and the muffler and cats definitely looked like exposed to high heat. Say what you want about the engine, but it's been "worked hard". Some say that's what they're made for, and that's fine and dandy.
I just like a cleaner past. Same reason I wouldn't date or marry a **** star
I would want an IN PERSON inspection to make my own personal decision If I was considering it to confirm the above comments.
That's my take for what it's worth .... advice is FREE ..

Your FREE advice may save me $$$. I'll see if they're willing to provide some kind of detailed brake inspection.
But I agree, without seeing it for myself, don't think I could bite the bullet and come to regret it down the road when shelling out more $$$...

Indeed. I spoke to the dealer and they said it was just CPO'ed this past week, and they'll send me the detailed CPO report on Monday. If the PCCBs check out and don't have any significant wear/cracks, how much confidence would that give you? Anyone know how detailed these reports are?

I'd want someone other than a dealer inspecting the rotors. Someone that knows these rotors.
You wouldn't believe how bad the steel rotors were on the CPO that I looked at. They weren't even CPO approvable I believe.
The PCCB's are $$$$. Not to mention, I would never buy a car like this with her personally seeing it in person either. Don't trust anyone else's eyes except mine. I'm too picky.

I'm giving this one a bump. He had an offer this week, but it is still available. With nice options, excellent maintenance and less than 16,000 miles, I'd buy it myself if I didn't already own one. Seems like a great buy in the mid $70s...

Lots of guys looking for cars, but don't see many selling either.

Suncoast gets $11.5K for front PCCB rotors (pair), $10.2K for rear pair. Pads are semi-reasonable at about $380/pr, front or rear.
$23K+ for a full set of rotors and pads, at a Suncoast discount. Local dealers are likely significantly more... Plus labor, which is probably more hours than steel rotors...
There are quite a few threads about how to tell if your PCCB rotors need replacement without a definitive answer. Last time I looked at a PCCB car, the local dealer wanted $350 just to inspect the rotors independent of the PPI!
