Was just at Park Place in Dallas picking up my car from service and looking around. They have 8 16s the showroom floor: 4 turbos, 2 C2s, a C4S and a GTS cab. (the cab has demo miles) If you need a NA fix.
I've dealt with Wade Days there, good guy!

Check this one out on Ebay although I didn't see it on their website - original MSRP of $172K asking 90K with 13K miles.

Wow, I know people often think I'm burning money with my car purchasing habits.... But, man, I'd love to know if the person who spec'd this car lights his/her cigars with Benjamin's... Those options probably make the car depreciate $30K before leaving the factory!

Nice find!

Goes to show, excessive leather options return $0 at resale. Even at $90K, will be a tough sale. With 13K and no CPO, might need a little haircut still.

If interior was black, it would be sold already.

Where's the PSE??

Ahh, the infamous leather AC vents! Not specd to my tastes. And it does not even have Sport Exhaust.

Seems like a poorly written ad because it says there is no warranty. Buildsheet shows factory warranty starting 6/28/13. So it should have a year of oiginal warranty left and they should be offering it CPO. I like my 15 C2S build options a lot better. I bought it a week ago for less than this Cab with 3000 miles on it and 5 years of CPO warranty. But a guess is there is somebody somewhere who will buy this Cab. It might take a while to find that buyer tho.

I am seriously sweating over this one. A couple options are wrong (would prefer PSE over PDK, but hey who wouldn't?) and silver over black is just OK for me. But his one ticks so many boxes.

Any more words on how worthy this car is? What kind of target price could I expect? I am hoping to let the previous owner and the dealer eat up the cost for the Burmeister

I would offer $75k and be willing to go up to $77.5k. Silver and black is a classic - you can't go wrong on re-sale with that color combo. PSE can always be added.

The spec sheet have a Warranty End Date of a total 6 years, but dealer mention it is not a CPO. What you mention would make sense if the Warranty End Date is not there like many others, but with that end date in the system, does that still mean it isn't CPO is confusing to me.
It may still able to be CPO, but not past 6 years from the original warranty start date. But the dealer may decide not to if it is older and already in the 5th year and just not worth the near $3k cost of CPO. There are other possible issues they may have discovered during the 111 point inspection that might prevent them from being able to offer CPO. ...like non-factory equipment that would cost a lot to replace b4 CPO, or over-revs exceeding Porsche criteria (for manual trans typically), or just a bunch of things like tires, brakes etc that they aren't crazy about spending a lot of money on to get it up to CPO status. There may be some additional factors, but that's my understanding of it.
