Operative word is should... It seems these days that good-will out-of-warranty repairs are extremely rare, especially for subsequent owners and many months out of warranty. Not just Porsche, but pretty much every manufacturer except maybe Tesla.
Do you have any info that Porsche is covering this kind of out-of-warranty repair, cause if that was the case, it would be great.

Is this the car currently located at Hollywood Kia?
If it is, I see no incentive for any Porsche dealer to repair this damage, especially given that they are not even a party to the sales portion of the transaction.
The fact that the salesman did not disclose this issue to you - whether out of ignorance or malice - would only cement my decision to walk away. In my mind, the several hundred $$$ that you spent on the PPI saved you from making a $66,000 mistake.
So I just completed a PPI on a 991 I was interested in.... 2012 C2S at a good price, all the right options, good colors, low mileage, clean carfax, etc. Of course this thread was incredibly helpful in helping me get at least this far...
Mechanically, virtually no issues and they did a very extensive inspection. Cosmetically, almost perfect. Paint is great, no signs of any paintwork, virtually no wear on the interior, two tiny stone chips and a tiny scratch. Really, it was looking like a great car and soooo close, but for one very unexpected potential deal-breaker. A cosmetic flaw that it turns out will be very pricey to fix.
The door panels are warping on the top... After seeing the pictures the shop took and reading a bit more on the forums, it turns out this happened on more than a few on early 991's and 981's. Bad glue or something, and they were typically repaired under warranty. But this car is now out of warranty, and the panels are quite expensive! Not even full leather, they are ~$3,700 for the pair of left/right door panels, plus a couple of hours labor to replace them. Ouch! I can't imagine Porsche would good-will the repair either.
Obviously the thing to do is to ask the seller (a dealer) to reduce the price by at least a few thousand, but I think there is little chance they will do that and the deal might fall apart.
If it wasn't a super-low mileage late model car, I might just live with the flaw, but on an otherwise pristine 991, I don't think I can live with not replacing the panels.
Thoughts?
Here's the warped panels... Passenger side slightly worse than drivers.
PS: It is a long distance purchase, so i had to rely on pictures and a salesman's walk-around description before deciding to go foward with the PPI, and i was not aware of this issue prior to the PPI. One of the many hassles of trying to buy non-local cars!
Oh that sucks! So sorry to see this. This made me paranoid so I just went out to the garage to look at mine - no warping, they are fine. (Recall that mine is exactly optioned as this one, same colors, etc., but with about 18k miles on it now.) Very disappointing - that was a nicely optioned car.
Tough call. As I said, you are getting it for a lot less than I paid for mine two years ago but still....I wouldn't want to buy a car and then have to go fix the door panels after the fact, even at a discount. Plenty of cars out there, even CPO ones - if it was me, I would pass and keep looking. I would rather pay a little more for one that didn't have such an obvious flaw (that would bother me every time I opened the door). YMMV.
Nice find! Try and shave off a few more grand, and it's a good buy. $85-86K would be ideal. If it had a black interior I'd pay more. I know colors are a personal call, but a red or blue interior is NOT up my alley.
There is a lien on the vehicle, which could make it difficult for a remote buyer to fly in and buy on the same day.
