Nice job Gene.

This is what I like to see, sales guys chasing business. Seems like a forgotten lesson at many Porsche dealers. Isn't this a basic lesson in sales?

Can't tell you how many times I've walked into dealerships without even being acknowledged.

Gene, post your contact info again for the Rennlisters here please.

Confusing.... Nice car (exterior), but ...

PDK with no sport Chrono, no sunroof, but take out the back seats and add a fire extinguisher???? No Sport steering wheel either Help me out here guys.

Looks like the owner was going for "unique", but questionable whether he suceeded or not.

How much do you think it would cost to put the rear seats back in and change the steering wheel to a Sportdesign?

Quick question - I thought we had a 25-year import rule here in the states. Does that not apply when purchasing vehicles from other countries in North America?
You can check with TFX as they would have the answers. I know that a safety inspection at customs was added about 10 or 12 years ago, and i believe cars over 25 years are duty/tax exempt. You at the time had to pay sales tax in the state you titled the car, just like a domestic purchase. However, they can tell you specifics as they will handle all that for you(for a fee).

You would have thought the previous guy (wannabe GT3) would have kept the seats and belts (yes, those missing too). All those things?? Guessing $4K? If not more. Ask the dealer if they have those parts. Doubt it.

Steering wheel? $1,500 parts and labor. Not bad.

Can someone post the build sheet for this CPO 2014 991 S with 7800 miles? VIN: WP0AB2A98ES121006
The pictures on the dealer's website shows deleted model designation but doesn't list that on the car's list of options. So I'm wondering if the car has been in an accident. Thanks in advance. Incidentally, dealer is asking $88k. What would be a good price for this car?

Shows CPO too. Low miles. Nice. I'd shoot for $85K. Offer $83K to start.

Model delete is on there.

Wow what a waste to take them out.

Sounds like the perfect car for those that truly hate back seats!

Around 1400 miles! It will be a journey, but it should be a blast.

Thanks STG991. That's a relief to see the model designation delete. I'll let you know if I pursue this alternative. I just had my deposit returned on a GTS because I was growing inpatient of the car being stuck at the port for a month and was told they had to do some minor repairs at the port
