Can't tell you how many times I've walked into dealerships without even being acknowledged.

Gene, post your contact info again for the Rennlisters here please.
That is not the case at our dealership. I am genuinely excited when I see people looking, talking, and sitting in our cars. I hate to hear about your past experiences. If you're ever in Atlanta, please let me know.

I will go to bat for every single member who messages, emails, calls or even texts me.
I love Porsches probably more than the next guy and want nothing more than to share that passion!

Members can contact me anyway they wish:
GeneM@JimEllis.com or 706-455-4886 is my personal cell phone.

Default Pulled the trigger!

Well, I officially joined the 991 Club today! About a week and a half ago I got an email alert on a CarGurus search that fit my parameters--Blue 2013 911S PDK with less than 20K miles. When I called the dealer the next morning they had no idea what car I was talking about. Turns out it was just bought by them the night before and was still in Albuquerque. I got right of first refusal. It then went through 'reconditioning' and the CPO process. My soon-to-be 18 year old son and I drove to Park Place Porsche in Dallas this morning (3 1/2 hrs) and completed the deal. Ricky Rameriz was our sales consultant and was fantastic--kept me updated daily and made the transaction painless.
The juicy parts: one owner (traded for a GT3), clean Carfax, '13 C2S, PDK, Sport Chrono, PSE, Premium Plus with 14 way Sport Seats, S-PASM, Sport Techno rims, Sport Design steering wheel, Nav, Bose, Aqua Blue metallic, Luxor Beige. 10K miles, CPO until 10/19. $122K list, purchased for $77.9K. Not as good as some deals I've seen on here but it was the exact color combo I wanted and was nearly the exact options I preferred and I think was a very fair deal. Will post up pics as soon as I can...
Love This Car!

After 4 months of aimless searches, and 4 month of targeted searches (thanks to George and rest of RL'ers) I drove home today '15 GTS w/ 11k miles. >30k off MSRP, CPO'ed until Mar'21 or 100k (whichever comes first). Pictures attached.

I started from wanting to lease a Targa (8 months ago), to wanting to buy a new one, to realizing (thanks to this thread) that a CPO'ed one could be had for a fraction of the cost, and drives just as beautifully. Then, bounced around between C2S, and C4Ss. Then, saw a few folks on here get the GTS. Test drove one. Had to pass on 2 GTSs (for varied reasons). Until, I laid my eyes on the one that I now am a proud owner of. So, bought a one-way down to Jacksonville (FL) to finalize the deal w/ Bramos Porsche. My experience with them was extremely pleasant. They race Porsches too meaning guys eat their own dog ****. Then, drove her 375miles back to home. More than half of the drive all I heard was the angry roar of the flat 6. No music. No distractions. Just the road, the car, and I. To be honest, I was shocked when the car stats showed avg of 29 MPG!!!! What else can you ask of her!!!

Gent @ Bramos: Bill Bianco. Wonderful sales person and a guide. Extremely patient, and well versed w/ Porsches. Owns 2 (including a Turbo S). Been with Benz and Porshce for the past 30+ years. Highly recommended.

Special shout out to George and Tony who helped me through my first 911 purchase. Couldn't have done it right w/o you guys, and this thread.

For those who have still to get their hands on one, I say, "Just be patient. There's one with YOUR name on it".

I was wondering why it's been so quiet here the last few days. Guys busy closing deals!

911Enthusiast, you did very well! Saved some nice $$$ on a CPO. Geez, when did you say the warranty expires?? 2021?

The black stealth GTS looks amazing! Get her cleaned up after that long drive.
