This is a desirable car, if one can live with the wood trim interior. Also, no PSE, which is odd, considering it has every other available option known to man.

I'm an S kinda guy that wants a full leather interior, but that's a very nice build, the sport techno wheels look great with white, and it has three pedals! What's not to like? With a good PPI and a few thousand off asking seems like a good deal and a nice car. But then I'm partial to white cabs and atypical wheels. Nice find IMHO.

This is a VERY nice manual base model CAB with SC and PSE.
Not a common find really in this combo with the cosmetics too. Great history too. Originally listed for $69,995
I'd say you can sweep in and get a couple more thousand $$$ off no problem. I'd go in and offer $62K to start. Not sure how long it's been for sale?

Good luck ANY person know the difference between these. Even I'd have to take take a close look with it driving down the street. I know one is a 4S, but just making the point that the average person can't tell if it's a new $140K car, or a pre-owned $65K one. Not that I really care, but just making a point between the year/model range in the 991.1 line.
Look at the $$ difference.
There is nothing wrong with base models if priced accordingly. Sometimes they're at great price points which is the appeal. Would I pay $85K for one? No. Too many other options at that price point.
The smaller high rev engine is quick and has a great sound with PSE and SC.

Still waking up. I guess I could look at the CarFax like I normally do. One month. They want to move this car soon! I'd go in starting at $60K. Maybe you can get it for $62k-$63K?

For this car in particular, at $65k, it sits at around 55% of MSRP. That is a massive price discrepancy. Looking at where a 997.2 C2S cab sits with 20k miles, it would still be in the high 50's, and even those are priced at high 40's with 50k miles.
Seems like everyone jacked up their prices $10k in the past month. Is there that much demand for 991's all of the sudden? A couple years back, everyone was complaining about the 991 losing the "soul" of the 911

Not sure if anyone takes it into consideration, but it's from the NE. For 4 years it's been in CT. Snow, slush, salt? Who knows if it was driven in the winter. I based my decision on cars that are from the south. FL, CA, GA, TX, AZ. I grew up in the NE. I've seen firsthand what can happen if you drive in the winter. If somebody bought it as a personal lease then they may not care if they drive it all winter.
The weather in Connecticut isn't that extreme however. It barely snows there! Maine or Northern Vermont, very different story. Where was the car titled?

It's not a daily driver for me so keeping it clean is pretty easy.
