Base model? Depending on options and mileage, $60-75k for a 2017, perhaps more for a 2018. Try to find some sales data/ads on 20,000 mile cars and deduct for mileage. Rennlist is tough as most people think their car is worth more than it really is; cars rarely sell here as a result. Better yet, get Mannheim data and add 5-10% for private party. I have seen mid-mile (20-30k) coupes sell here for mid to high 60's; a cab with more miles probably commands a bit less.

So...That was rather quick.

I'm in the process of getting a car! It's going for a PPI today and it's located in Chicago.
2017 Coupe, manual and Miami Blue. I'm sure most of you who are looking have seen it advertised. So far, it's been great dealing with everyone from a few hundred miles away.
We'll see how things work out in the end. SUPER excited!!!

Congrats! Hope everything checks out on the PPI. I was definitely tempted by that car, it’s very well priced, I just can’t bring myself to pull the trigger on Miami Blue. I’m trying to buy a Graphite Blue coupe in the Chicago area but they won’t budge off their $97k ask. I don’t know if it’s a summer bump in prices but it seems really high for a $119k build.

Yeah, Miami Blue is one of my favorites. It was hard to resist. They just had a price reduction and I couldn't pass it up. They wouldn't come down any more.

Graphite Blue is very cool indeed. $97K and an MSRP of $119K I'm guessing it's either an S or 2018/9? For that kind of money, you could get a T with VERY low mileage. It would have been my number one choice if it were in my price range.
Prices to seem to be holding firm for the most part with an initial drop of about 5%. I don't think Porsche and Porsche buyers are as affected by the Covid epidemic as many others are. I'm EXTREMELY busy at work (pharma industry).
GL!!!

Yes, it’s an S, 2017, with ~13k on it, and they just raised the price another $1k, so $98k for a $119k build. I think you’re right on in that Covid hasn’t affected the Porsche type buyers. Houses in my neighborhood are also selling remarkably quickly, it’s a weird economy right now.

That being said if anybody knows of a Graphite Blue coupe, base or S, preferably manual in the Midwest region, let me know. Ready to buy.

Wow! 82.4% of list price for a 3 year old car does sound like pretty ‘strong’ pricing.

I think so too. I pointed out to them that the rest of their 991.2 inventory was priced between 66 and 75% of original MSRP. They told me that Porsche considers some options to have zero residual value, leather interior being the example they provided. Therefore you can’t compare any particular build to any other non identical car. Complete load of horses#*t.

We all know pricing for these cars is all over the place!
We also know that if you're in the market for a manual car, you just eliminated 90% of the cars for sale...

Preliminary information for the PPI from the guy who's taking care of it - "To be honest...The car is absolutely stunning!"

Not dealer prices but actual private sales and/or the expertise of this group.
I was searching for something similar since November of last year. Found my car in early March. Pricing is pretty highly dependent on mileage. For 2017 you'll be in the $80k - $90k range with under 20k miles and 'decent' options. $75-80 over 20k. For a 2018 add another $5k to those numbers.

pretty fair but not the best I’ve seen. Negotiate a bit and see what you can get... I would not pay more than 60k

Thanks guys. Appreciate the help. Found this guy too. I don't mind glass sunroof and actually like the look of the white body with black top. going to go see it Friday. Carfax looked pretty clean. The silver one from south shore is porsche certified and comes with a 2 year warranty.

Ok Roy, I emailed them as well - talk to Vlad. I looked the car over well and it looks pretty nice, and if you like it make him an offer of $60k albeit that is low in my opinion so you will have to pay more but it never hurts to try. If you like it though do not let it get away for a couple grand! I have seen more people here lose a car they really liked over a small amount of money, and contrary to what some think the Covid-19 problem is not affecting sales of high end vehicles.
