I will check on greyhound once we know the approximate size and weight. My friend shipped a chevy LS engine fron CA to MI for around $100 with greyhound but we have to drop and pick it up from their station.

About 100K miles on the mufflers, so lotsa miles. They seem to be just fine. I'm in San Diego, so no salt, snow, etc. to ruin them. I had a cat go bad, so replaced the entire exhaust system from headers back to tips. The main shipping issue is bulk. I'd have to somehow find huge boxes or something. I will measure them later to get yo approx dimensions. I mailed some stuff to my family for the holidays, and it was appalling how much it cost. Seems like UPS or USPS would be super expensive.

how many miles when you took it off? I'm looking at ebay too, they are around $150 with free shipping but none are for mk2 3.6L engine. I'm located in michigan (48188 zip code). Can you estimate the size and weight (approximate) and we can try usps or greyhound estimator shipping cost.
