HOT FOR SALE: Pick of the Week 991

Looks good! Lowest priced 991 I have ever seen that didn't have a carfax blemish. Ppi it and bring her home! As mentioned above, options are rather light, but still a lot of car for the money.

Quick question - is anyone forgoing the CPO coverage when buying a low mileage 2017/18 991.2? Any regrets? I’m looking at a C2 with a full year of new vehicle warranty remaining.
Edit: with the current 1.95% APR vs local bank’s 2.74% the CPO cost is 2750. No brainer?

As I have stated more than once, potential buyers have to move in when they see something is right to their tastes.

I have known the feeling for certain cars, the ones I have spent a lot of time on....thinking about doing the same with my current one actually. What is next on the list?

Maybe...I have not advertised it and am finding it hard to do so! And we are leaving soon for dinner and taking it so I am sure that will make me more reluctant. I have always liked the Speedsters and I bought a 930 back in '89 instead of the getting it and ever since I have thought about getting one, especially when I saw the new ones.

Hi all,
New to the forum and was originally in the market for a 981 Cayman, but friend convinced me to up my budget for a 991.
I think this one was referenced a few posts up, but am wondering what people's thoughts are:

Looks like a CA owned C2S made its way to FL via auction. In TX where I live, tax is 6.25% - would offering list price out the door / all-in be too high / too aggressive if the car checks out?

I have a Cayman and a 991. Both are great cars, but you will be happier with the 991.
That looks like a fantastic car. Excellent build. Price looks good.
Odd that one of the pix is a Tesla.

I might be wrong, but since the car is located in FL and you're located in TX, you would be paying the tax when you register the car.
My point is that the sales tax is inconsequential to the selling dealer. Make a straight up offer for it.

I'm also sort of in the market, and to me it seems like (unless you go up to a 991S) a 981 S/GTS is pretty competitive with a base 991. I really like that you can get a LSD in the Cayman - to get it in the 991 you have to go up to the S which is significantly more money.
It just seems to me that value-for-money the 981 S/GTS should be quite competitive with the 991Carrera.
However I haven't owned either car (this would be my first Porsche) so I'm always looking for other people's perspective

My 2017 C4 GTS with a great spec is on the marketplace. Have a buyer lined up at $101k for Monday--any reasonable offer over that takes it.

Could you expand on that?

Anybody know anything about this car at Phil Smith Kia in Florida? Too new for pics.
46k miles, $131k build, clean Carfax, and $39k ask. Seems crazy cheap so I assume there is a story.
5 owners and 4th owner only owned it 1 month and 1k miles.
