Dealer ask was $90k, and I paid $86k plus tax. The car had ~5.5k miles over roughly 1 year from one owner (it sat on the original dealer's lot for 1.5 years), and has about a year and change of factory warranty remaining.
My MSRP was a bit lower than yours though, at $127k. I think the price was "fair" given the mileage and condition of the car (essentially perfect inside and out, and passed an independent PPI), and how picky I am about options, condition, and the desire to purchase sooner rather than later. I would have been happier paying around $82k though, and think that price would have fallen into "good" price territory. What do you think, STG?
What price are you working with on your prospect? Mind sharing a build sheet? I hope it works out for you!
I think you did well with only 5.5K miles. $41K off MSRP. Plus it's very much to your liking.
Just wanted to pass along a big thank you to STG and everyone else in this thread. I recently purchased my first Pcar — a 2013 C4S in GT Silver with ~5.5k miles — and just posted about it here. The information in this thread was invaluable during my hunt, and although I probably overpaid by a bit, I was willing to do so to get a car that fit my admittedly picky requirements.
Although, now I'm tempted to keep an eye out for a 2016 C4GTS 7MT — so you may see me again in this thread...
Good luck with your hunt, everyone!

Thanks for the info. Here's the build sheet for the one that I am considering.
Seller is asking 83k but I guess I would offer a bit lower given that it passes my inspection and pending PPI. It is a daily driver, so may not be in a perfect condition in and out as yours. The seller acknowledged that there are some paint chips and noticeable wear around the door trim etc. I am checking it out in person tomorrow and will update. I am also in NorCal.

This 4S looks good. Priced well. It is an estate sale so, I'd feel bad trying to negotiate. That said, our home was negotiated in an estate sale. In Santa Fe, NM
Turbo S anyone? Found this for sale locally on CL, looks like an awesome build and lots of deviated stitching, Burmester, plus Turbo S comes loaded already at base price. Wish I could afford it! Also a private seller so no sales tax in some states, I'm guessing this can be had for $130-135k, over $60k off sticker. If anyone needs me to test drive it for them just let me know

My offer to purchase this car has been formally accepted by the owner and the owner's representative. I am excited about taking delivery, and will provide an update on the drive back to NorCal.

Hey! That was quick. Nice job. Glad a Rennlister picked it up. Please keep us posted.

Just a cautionary note about Agate interior. I had it in my previous 991. Really pretty but REALLY hard to keep clean. It's probably the main reason I traded it last year. (black interior now). Mine was a daily driver though so it got some use. I traded it at 26,xxx miles and it looked USED for sure. Lots of scuffing on the driver's seat and just a dingy look that I could not get out. I'm just way too OCD for white I guess.

Congrats John! Did you decide to take the extra wheel set?
Only kidding. I was a happy camper with a '14 981S CPO to 10/19 until I spotted this thread and I knew I was in trouble because the 911 was always my halo car. My main concern was the PCCB which are outrageously expensive to replace but my fears were allayed by Formula Motorsport who did a very thorough PPI on very short notice. Amazingly after 11K miles the front and rear pads were at 97% and rotors were 99% The rest of the car was near perfect. Got the car for $35K plus my trade which was in pristine condition and 8K miles. Kudos to Jason and an unusally (for me) positive experience at Manhattan Porsche. Thanks again to all who contribute to this thread, particularly STG. (My pictures are not nearly as good as those posted)
