It illuminates the sport chrono clock when you turn on the headlights. You can also adjust the brightness.

If you could share the details for closing windows when locking that would be great!

So I coded my car today, including:
1. Window closing when locking door
2. Illumination of chrono clock
3. Driver seat moves further back when turning off ignition and opening door, and, most important,
4. GT3 steering.
The one thing on the list I could not do was code being able to unlock frunk without unlocking the doors. It is included in the PDF (#17), but cannot find it on Thinkgdiag. Anyone able to code this one?

I think it is part of the PDF, nonetheless here it is:

The coding to open and close the windows with the key fob is in the pdf. However, I only needed to change the first two codes to get it to work on my 718. I did not need to change the third and fourth codes. I am pretty sure the third code has something to do with Porsche Connect. I have no idea what the fourth code does.

For those who modified their braking system to flash under hard braking - can you see it take effect on the speedometer? Do flashers go on as you brake hard? Just wondering as this would be the check to ensure it is working.
Think of doing it.

Not on the instrument panel.
I used reflective street signs in the rear view mirror in the dark to check and the adjust the g-value. 😆

Does this unit do most of the coding surfaced in this thread? I heard how a version of the unit didn't work for iOS, but this one advertises compatibility with iOS.

Your statement about IOS is correct for my thinkdiag so it makes sense that it would also be true for the thinkdiag 2. Also, if you are using an android tablet, the thinkdiag app can't be downloaded from the playstore. However, I am using an android tablet and it works fine. You just have to manually install the app.
Edit: Here are links to the original thinkdiag (it is a little more expensive through amazon but may be worth it for the 30 day return policy):

So installed GT3 steering the other day and got to test it out today.
Was not understanding how people were saying that Porsche steering was "mushy", but after installing GT3, I understand. Noticeable difference. GT3 steering is heavier, and you have to work a bit harder, but the rewards are great. The steering stays in the curve or turn without wavering or flinching. It is almost as if it knows when the turn or curve ends. Stays solid without needing to make corrections, which I felt I needed to make with the OEM steering on the same roads.
